Bokaro News: Bokaro DC-SP Hold Meeting to Discuss Poll Duty Guidelines

Bokaro, November 18, 2024: Ahead of the second phase of elections on November 20 in the Bokaro district, which encompasses the constituencies of Bokaro, Gomia, Bermo and Chandankiyari, District Commissioner (DC) Vijaya Jadhav and Superintendent of Police (SP) Manoj Swargiary conducted a crucial meeting. This assembly took place on Monday at the Town Hall located in Camp Two and included all sector officials and police officers to provide detailed guidance and necessary instructions.

Emphasis on Strict Compliance with EC Guidelines

During the meeting, DC Vijaya Jadhav underscored the importance of adhering strictly to the guidelines set by the Election Commission (EC). She emphasized that all officials must fulfill their responsibilities with precision and dedication. The DC outlined that polling teams, under the supervision of sector and police officials, will be dispatched from the dispatch center on Tuesday. A key highlight of the directives was the announcement that all polling stations within the district will be monitored through webcasting. This measure aims to enhance surveillance and ensure a smooth electoral process.
