Sahibganj, October 24, 2024: Sahibganj: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, during his nomination filing for the Barhait Assembly constituency, disclosed assets worth ₹2.83 crore. The details were submitted to the election officer, revealing a blend of movable and immovable properties. According to his affidavit, Hemant Soren’s assets include luxury items such as an Italian chain and two diamond necklaces, along with substantial property investments across different regions.

The affidavit highlights that between 2006 and 2008, Hemant Soren invested ₹20,64,875 in acquiring 23 properties. Over time, the market value of these properties has surged, currently standing at ₹1,92,77,697.
