Latehar, November 05, 2024: In a recent press conference, BJP spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo launched a scathing critique of the Hemant Soren government, stating, “No one has been spared by Hemant’s government” (“ऐसा कोई सगा नहीं, जिसको हेमंत सरकार ने ठगा नहीं”). Pratul Shah Deo’s remarks focused on what he termed the government’s failure to deliver on its promises, impacting various demographics across Jharkhand.

BJP Promises for Jharkhand

Pratul Shah Deo outlined several initiatives that the BJP plans to implement if they come to power, emphasizing their commitment to improving the lives of the state’s residents. He stated that if elected, the BJP would stabilize the positions of 65,000 para-teachers, ensuring job security for a vital segment of the workforce.

Furthermore, Pratul Shah Deo introduced the Gogo Didi scheme, under which women will receive ₹2,100 monthly directly in their bank accounts on the 11th of each month. This initiative aims to provide financial support to women in Jharkhand, reflecting the BJP’s focus on women’s empowerment.

Additionally, Pratul Shah Deo assured that the government would guarantee returns for Sahara investors, promising that the funds of those who invested would be returned. He further stated that there has been a disturbing increase in crime rates, especially concerning crimes against women, which have surged by 29%. “The rise in rape cases by 42% under Hemant Soren’s rule is alarming and indicative of the government’s failure to protect its citizens,” he added.
