Ranchi, December 04, 2024: The Public Works Department (PWD) of Ranchi is facing difficulties in securing a consultant for the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the proposed flyover connecting Harmu to Kadru Radisson Blu. Despite two previous attempts, the department has issued the consultant bid for the third time, in a bid to move the crucial infrastructure project forward.

Flyover from Harmu to Kadru Radisson Blu Faces Consultant Shortage

The flyover project aims to ease traffic congestion in Ranchi by providing an elevated route from Harmu to Kadru Radisson Blu, two significant areas in the city. According to PWD officials, the consultant is essential for preparing the DPR, which will detail the design, feasibility and cost estimates for the flyover.
