Yellow alert for heavy rain in five districts
A yellow alert for heavy rainfall has been issued for Deoghar, Dumka, Godda, Pakur and Sahibganj for the morning of September 5.
Rainfall in the range of 64.5 mm to 115.5 mm is possible in these districts. Such rainfall could result in waterlogging in low-lying areas and rising water levels in smaller rivers and streams.
