Ranchi, November 03, 2024: In a significant show of support, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren held a roadshow for Mahua Maji, the Grand Alliance candidate for the Ranchi Assembly seat. The roadshow attracted a large gathering as Soren urged citizens to back Mahua Maji in the upcoming elections, highlighting the accomplishments of his administration and calling for continued support.
Starting from Karbala Chowk, the roadshow passed through prominent locations, including Plaza Chowk, Bada Talab and Kishoreganj Chowk, before culminating at Ratu Road. Crowds gathered along the route to catch a glimpse of the Chief Minister, who climbed onto his vehicle to address the crowd, energizing supporters with his speech.
Amid applause, Hemant Soren praised the Grand Alliance’s commitment to development and progress. He encouraged attendees to vote for Mahua Maji, stressing her potential to strengthen Ranchi’s future. The rally saw enthusiastic participation, with residents and party workers cheering for the Chief Minister’s call to action.
Originally, Gandey MLA Kalpana Soren was scheduled to lead the event, but due to delays in her travel from Jamshedpur, the responsibility was taken over by the Chief Minister himself. The roadshow reflects the high stakes and importance placed by the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) on securing the Ranchi Assembly seat.
Mahua Maji, backed by the JMM, aims to leverage this strong show of support as election activities intensify across Jharkhand.
