Jharkhand News: Prabhat Kumar Suspension Lifted, Jharkhand Government Issues Notification

Ranchi, December 16, 2024: The Jharkhand government has officially lifted the suspension of Prabhat Kumar, an officer of the Jharkhand Administrative Services (JAS), through a notification issued by the Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language Department. Prabhat Kumar, who was previously suspended for failing to join his assigned post as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) of Jamtara, has now been reinstated to his service.

Prabhat Kumar, who was serving as the Regional Commissioner in the state, faced suspension after his failure to report to his designated position in Jamtara. The suspension was lifted after a review and the notification clears his path to resume his official duties.
