Ranchi, November 06, 2024: On Wednesday, Imran Pratapgarhi, the Member of Parliament and National President of the Congress Minority Department, addressed a rally in support of Congress candidate Shilpi Neha Tirkey for the Mandar Assembly seat. The rally, held at Chanho in Mandar Block, saw Pratapgarhi urging local voters to back Shilpi Neha Tirkey, highlighting her dedication and strength as a leader.
During his address, Pratapgarhi urged the voters of Mandar to reject division and misinformation, emphasizing the need for unity and peace. He called on the electorate to choose the Congress Party, which, according to him, stands for love, solidarity and harmony. “We will not fall for lies and hatred, but will create a movement of love and we will bring back a government that works for the people,” Pratapgarhi remarked.
Imran Pratapgarhi also praised the leadership of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, commending the state government’s initiatives and policies that have positively impacted the local community. He stressed the importance of ensuring the continuity of these policies for the welfare of tribal communities in the region.
The rally also highlighted Shilpi Neha Tirkey’s significant contributions and her consistent stand for the rights and dignity of the people of Mandar. Known for her firm stance on safeguarding the rights of indigenous communities, Neha Tirkey has been a vocal advocate for local development and social justice. Pratapgarhi described her as a “strong leader” who has always fought for the welfare of her constituents.
