Arvind Kejriwal and Hemant Soren Hold Joint Press Conference
Ranchi, November 26, 2024: At a press conference held at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s residence, Hemant Soren and Kejriwal discussed key developments following Soren’s election victory in Jharkhand. Kejriwal praised Soren’s resilience, noting the challenges he faced, including legal troubles, and lauded his determination that led to a strong electoral victory.
Kejriwal remarked, “Despite the adversities, Hemant Soren fought with remarkable strength and emerged victorious. He is an inspiration for all of us.”
Kejriwal expressed gratitude for Soren and his wife Kalpana Soren’s visit, saying, “I thank them wholeheartedly for coming to my residence. I will attend the swearing-in ceremony on November 28.”
Kejriwal extended his best wishes, adding, “I pray for his next five years to be filled with success and prosperity. Just as he has contributed to Jharkhand’s development so far, I hope he continues this progress in the coming years.”
Hemant Soren’s Invitation to INDIA Bloc Leaders
Addressing the press, Jharkhand’s Chief Minister-designate Hemant Soren shared insights into his visit to Delhi. He highlighted the formation of a new government in Jharkhand under the INDIA bloc coalition, set to commence with the swearing-in ceremony on November 28.
Soren stated, “As you can see, we are currently at Arvind Kejriwal’s residence. Post-election developments have reached everyone by now. Jharkhand will soon witness the formation of a new government under the INDIA bloc’s leadership.”
He further elaborated on his outreach efforts, saying, “I am here to extend invitations to our INDIA bloc allies, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. We look forward to their participation in this significant event.”
