Jamshedpur, September 4, 2026: Employees of Tata Steel’s Wire Division in Jamshedpur will receive their bonus for the 2025-26 financial year following an agreement reached between the company management and the employees’ union.
The settlement covers around 400 employees, with a total bonus payout of ₹2.19 crore. Individual payouts will range from ₹32,381 to ₹91,132, according to the agreement.
The settlement has brought relief among employees, with the agreement marking the completion of the annual bonus process for the division.
Union and management representatives sign agreement
The agreement was signed on behalf of the union by president Rakeshwar Pandey, general secretary Pankaj Kumar Singh, vice-presidents Amit Kumar Sarkar and Amrik Singh, joint general secretary Manjeet Singh, assistant secretary Sujata Mitra and treasurer Bhaskar Rai.
Representing the management were CPO Atrayi Sanyal, VP Ujjwal Chakraborty, CHRO India Jubin Palia, Chief IR Rahul Dubey, Chief HRBP Kinkini Das, Chief Operations Satish Walekar, Head ER & TM Utkarsh Bhardwaj, along with Chandrashekhar, Saurav Sur and Shardul Vikram and other officials.
