Hazaribagh, September 4, 2026: Vinoba Bhave University (VBU) will conduct its 11th convocation ceremony on September 18, with PhD recipients, postgraduate and undergraduate toppers and the Best Graduates of 2025 set to receive degrees and honours.
The university administration has opened the application process for students eligible to participate in the ceremony. Applicants must submit the prescribed form to their respective college, department or institution along with the required documents.
The application must include copies of the admit card, marksheet, registration receipt and relevant certificates.
September 5 deadline for applications
Students intending to attend the convocation have been given September 5 as the last date for submitting their applications.
The university has advised eligible students to complete the process within the prescribed deadline to ensure their participation in the ceremony.
Degree and entry fees announced
The university has also specified the fees applicable to students receiving degrees.
Those receiving degrees will have to pay ₹1,200 as the degree fee and ₹50 as the form fee. Degree holders attending the ceremony will be required to pay ₹500 as the entry fee along with ₹50 as the form fee.
Students have been instructed to submit the prescribed fees and required documents within the deadline.
