Jamshedpur News: Tata Steel Declares 20% Bonus for DPL Employees Ahead of Durga Puja 2025

Jamshedpur, September 19, 2025: Tata Steel declared a 20 percent annual bonus for its DPL (Domestic Product Limited) employees, bringing festive cheer ahead of Durga Puja celebrations. The announcement followed a consensus reached between the Tata Steel management and the Tata Workers’ Union during discussions held in Jamshedpur.

Tata Steel DPL Bonus 2025: Key Highlights

The finalized agreement ensures that every DPL employee will receive a 20% bonus on their annual earnings. According to the settlement, the minimum payout will be ₹29,686, while the maximum bonus amount has been fixed at ₹1,13,217.

Union leaders confirmed that the bonus will be disbursed before the upcoming Durga Puja festival, allowing employees and their families to prepare for the festive season with added financial security.
