Ranchi, September 19, 2025: In a significant development in the 2024 JSSC-CGL examination paper leak case, accused candidates Krishna Snehi, Abhilash Kumar, and Manoj Kumar have received relief from the High Court. The court approved the bail petitions filed on behalf of the three individuals.

High Court Grants Bail with Conditions

The bench, presided over by Justice Ambuj Nath, granted bail to the accused on the condition that each of them furnishes a personal bond of ₹20,000. The legal arguments for the petitioners were presented by advocate Aman Kumar Rahul.

CID Names Accused in JSSC-CGL Paper Leak

According to the CID charge sheet, Krishna Snehi, Abhilash Kumar, and Manoj Kumar were identified as key participants in the paper leak scandal. All three are currently in judicial custody as the investigation continues.

Previous High Court Bail in the Same Case

This decision follows the High Court’s recent order granting bail to three other accused in the same case, Robin, Kavi Raj, and Ram Niwas Rai represented by the IRB. The ongoing legal proceedings continue to unfold as the JSSC-CGL paper leak investigation progresses.
