Palamu, November 06, 2024: Anju Singh, the Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate for Bishrampur Assembly seat, has promised to tackle the longstanding issues with mobile connectivity in the region if elected. During a special campaign rally in the area, Singh highlighted the challenges that residents in villages like Rajdiria, Durga Mines, Sohdag and Nawabazar face due to poor network services.
In her speech, Singh pointed out that many areas, especially in Durga Mines, suffer from a lack of reliable mobile signal, causing inconvenience for both communication and internet services. Singh vowed to bring 5G services to the area to address the pressing need for faster, more reliable connectivity, calling it a “major issue” for the region in the age of digital communication.
Promises for Improved Infrastructure in Bishrampur
Apart from mobile connectivity, Anju Singh also emphasized her commitment to improving Bishrampur’s infrastructure. With a focus on long-overdue repairs, Singh pledged to address the dilapidated road conditions that have plagued the area for years. She criticized the previous MLA for neglecting the region’s basic needs, stating that after two decades of governance, the current state of roads and electricity is disappointing.
In her campaign, Singh also announced plans to ensure 24-hour electricity supply, eliminating the issues of low voltage and power cuts that have disrupted daily life in the area. As part of her promise, she mentioned the installation of additional transformers in crucial locations to stabilize the power supply.
Support from Key Leaders in Bishrampur
Anju Singh’s campaign has garnered significant local support, with prominent leaders from various political backgrounds joining the Samajwadi Party. Among them are Binod Vishwakarma, Saphir Alam, Bideshwar Singh and several other local figures. These leaders have pledged to support Singh’s bid to bring substantial development to Bishrampur.
The increasing support for Anju Singh from various political factions is seen as a boost to the Samajwadi Party’s efforts in the upcoming election. Singh has called for a united effort to address the region’s pressing issues and work towards a more developed Bishrampur.
